Rienks Web Design provides web design, development, and maintenance services as outlined in our service descriptions and individual client agreements. The specific deliverables, timeline, and payment terms will be detailed in a separate agreement or proposal provided to each client.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise specified in your service agreement:

• For our special promotion, payment is only required upon client satisfaction with the completed website.
• For standard projects, a 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.
• For ongoing services and maintenance packages, payment is due monthly or as specified in your service agreement.
• Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your service agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and timely information, content, and feedback necessary for project completion.
• Reviewing and approving deliverables within the timeframe specified in your service agreement.
• Securing proper licensing for any third-party materials provided to us for use in your project.
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all invoices:

• You retain all rights to content you provide.
• You receive a license to use the website design and code we create specifically for your project.
• We retain ownership of pre-existing materials, proprietary tools, and frameworks used in your project.
• We reserve the right to display your project in our portfolio unless otherwise specified in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rienks Web Design is not liable for:

• Content errors or inaccuracies provided by the client.
• Third-party services integrated into your website (payment processors, hosting, etc.).
• Damages resulting from client modifications to website code or structure.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the project.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services:

• As specified in your service agreement.
• If the other party breaches these terms and fails to remedy the breach within 14 days of notification.
• Upon written notice as specified in your service agreement.

Upon termination, you are responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Modifications to Terms

Rienks Web Design reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
