At Rienks Web Design, client satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to our web design, development, and maintenance services.

2. Facebook Special Offer

For our Facebook Special Offer ($300 website):

  • You only pay if you're 100% satisfied with the completed website.
  • If you're not satisfied with the final product after all revisions, you are not obligated to pay the one-time fee.
  • The monthly hosting and maintenance fee ($100/month) is non-refundable once service has begun.

3. Standard Web Design Projects

For standard web design projects (non-promotional):

  • Initial deposits (50% of project cost) are non-refundable once work has begun.
  • If you cancel a project after work has started but before completion, you will be billed for the percentage of work completed, less the deposit paid.
  • If you are not satisfied with the completed project, we will work with you to make necessary revisions as outlined in your service agreement.

4. Ongoing Services

For monthly website hosting, maintenance, and ongoing services:

  • Monthly fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period.
  • You may cancel recurring services at any time with 30 days' written notice.
  • No refunds will be issued for partial months of service.

5. Exceptions

We may consider refund exceptions in the following circumstances:

  • If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services within the timeframe specified in your service agreement.
  • If we fail to meet specific requirements explicitly outlined in your service agreement.
  • In the event of technical issues that are solely our responsibility and that we are unable to resolve.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or discuss refund-related concerns:

  • Include your name, project details, reason for the refund request, and any relevant documentation
  • We will respond to your request within 3 business days

7. Processing of Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution
  • We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
